an lovely stay!

smooth process spacious room excellent food

I enjoyed the smooth check-in process upon arrival, even before the official check-in time. the spacious premium room had modern decor and was very clean. i spent time at the fine pool relaxing after sightseeing. It was my favourite thing. the buffet offered many well-prepared options.

the service in the restaurant could be improved. the live cooking station at breakfast sometimes took longer than ideal.

the premium room offered a complimentary sundowner cocktail each day between 4:30 and 5:30 pm. the room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable with great views. praveen from the front office helped ensure all requests were accommodated.. the staff proved kind and helpful throughout my stay.

the balcony door in my room wouldn't close properly and remained unfixed . this created a definite security concern. it also affected comfort as the wind and noise entered the room.

the hotel includes a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes, ensuring guests have options for exercise. a gorgeous swimming pool offers views and a private beach nearby provides alternative relaxation spots. a spa is available for massage.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

clean room thoughtful staff great breakfast

I appreciated the super clean and cozy rooms. The staff were thoughtful (very charmed by their service!). The hotel is near the Fort, only a short walk, where I enjoyed shopping and dining. The breakfast had both American and Sri Lankan options.

The only minor inconvenience was needing transport to Unawatuna beach. It was a short drive, but still required a tuk-tuk or car. I wish the hotel provided a shuttle.

really good hospitality comfortable room attentive staff

the staff provided really good hospitality . i appreciated the hotel's attentiveness to every need. the rooms were comfortable and relaxing. i also found the food really good.

the hotel's main route was closed. this meant i needed to access the entrance via the council building. this detour was not apparent until i took a wrong turn.
