amazing location helpful staff shared pool unavailable wifi poor cleanliness unsafe staircase

The location was amazing. i stepped out of the car and saw the walkway, pool, and beach. the staff were helpful (especially robinson in the beach bar and restaurant!). the room was great. It had a shared pool in addition to the main one.

The wifi was only available in public areas. the room felt a bit old, and i expected better cleanliness (especially for the price).

fine location spacious room no wifi dangerous staircase

The hotel is in a fine location right by the beach with the warmest sea I have ever stepped foot in! The rooms are beautiful and spacious! I want the bathroom in my forever home. It has a huge bath, a shower that is practically outside, his and hers sinks, and enough room to dance in.

There was no wifi in the room. It was only available in the public areas.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

outdated room unreliable wi-fi

The location was directly on the beach. The beach access was a plus.

The room felt outdated. Cleanliness was an issue. I noticed dust and some grime in the bathroom. the advertised Wi-Fi was only reliable in public areas, quite inconvenient. It should be available in the rooms.

Underwhelming Stay. Needs Improvement

dangerous staircase lacking cleanliness

The staircase in the panoramic sea view room is a hazard. I actually fell and got injured because of it! Plus, the lack of in-room WiFi was annoying. It's only available in public areas. The room seemed a bit old and needed better cleaning, too.
