Underwhelming Experience. Beautiful Hotel.

unpleasant odorunpalatable food

The reception area had an unpleasant odor. It was off-putting. Lunch proved disappointing. The food lacked flavor. The glasses for water had a very strange smell. This really bothered me. Iced mocha tasted watered down. It was not enjoyable.
