slow service obstructed view
The location met my needs for a quick getaway. It was conveniently close to things.
The service was slow, i nearly missed my checkout waiting for a simple coffee. the pool seemed a bit neglected. Some debris floated about, detracting from any sense of luxury. also, the promised sea view was more of a partial glimpse obstructed by overgrown palm trees. Quite the letdown really.

A GLORIOUS stay
separate sinks outdoor shower
i stayed in a beautiful double room sea view. The room included two separate sinks. i found the outdoor shower, it was a NICE touch.

Wonderful beachfront stay
beachfront location ground floor local eateries
I enjoyed the resort being right on the beach. Beach vendors approached only outside hotel grounds but stopped upon a firm refusal. The beautiful room I had was on the ground floor, directly facing the pool and beach (i recommend requesting this location). Its proximity to shops and local eateries added convenience.
The breakfast buffet had a slightly limited selection. More variety would be great.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, awesome for easy walks and sunset views. Several shops are nearby and provide options for local crafts and souvenirs (try the shop across the road).

The beautiful rooms include air conditioning and a private balcony. The ground-floor rooms offer immediate access to the pool area. The rooms are well kept and very clean.

Breakfast included several stations that prepared hoppers and omelettes. The buffet provided a wide assortment of local and international cuisines. Fresh fruit was abundant and delicious (i specially liked the mangoes).

The staff was professional and attentive. The team, especially the restaurant staff, was quick to respond to requests. The groundskeepers worked diligently to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel.

Three swimming pools were available on the hotel. Guests can also use two pools in the adjacent Jetwing Blue. The grounds were kept immaculate through constant cleaning.
