tired furniture broken shower

i found the room i was given a bit worn. the furniture looked tired, and there were some stains on the dressing table. also, the shower button was broken and required a makeshift fix. it gave me the impression that maintenance wasn't a high priority for some things here.

relaxing getaway

attentive staff smooth check-in christmas eve dinner seamless service

The staff was quite attentive. I appreciated the smooth check-in process. the food was varied and delicious, especially the christmas eve dinner. i enjoyed the pool and the seamless service i experienced .

The water pressure in the bathroom was unfortunately low. Washing my hair was a bit difficult.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. This. mr dinesh guided me through my journey to the hotel. This was appreciated. lakmini at the restaurant provided excellent service.

amazing stay!

accommodating staff nice experience friendly staff tasty food

the staff was very accommodating and gave us a room to have a party. the manager really were really good too. the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. the food tasted delicious. i even got upgraded to a suite and it was like, wow!

the room looked a little tired, like it needed better lighting, you know?

My beautiful double room had a great sea view. the room was clean and very spacious. the air conditioning worked perfectly. That air was ice cold! the bed felt really huge and so comfy.
