The room was very comfortable. The pool attendant and bar staff provided good service.
the air conditioning was not working properly in either of the first two rooms i was assigned, a significant issue. this required me to move rooms repeatedly, quite inconvenient, especially late at night.

The room was super clean. it also had thoughtful touches . I appreciated that. the amenities offered a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. i found the really good service stood out, and .
i had a three-night stay. the room was quite hot even though the air con was on and the temperature gauge indicated 25c. we reported this, but then heard nothing again. the air con was not working properly.
