The staff was helpful and arranged trips for me. The trips were always on time and the people involved tried their best to assist me.
The resort is far from everything so there are no shops nearby. I needed to get another boat and a tuktuk to get anywhere.

the pool was very large and clean (i swam every day). the restaurant staff was attentive. the seafood was fresh and tasted really good. i especially loved the vongole, the clams were sourced locally.
the boat and tuktuk ride to get to the hotel required extra travel time.

I really enjoyed the vegan toiletries and refillable glass water bottles (they are a nice touch!). The pool was big enough for a good swim. The restaurant's food and service were great. I also appreciated the helpful reception staff. They arranged transfers and trips.

The restaurant offered fresh seafood dishes, including Vongole with clams from the hotel's front. Breakfast had many choices at the buffet. The cocktails were delicious, and the staff was very attentive.

The hotel is a true hideaway, located away from the busy areas. It is still within 20 minutes of the town center. Sunsets are out of this world. There were kayaks and bikes available to explore.

The swimming pool was big and very clean. The hotel provides many places to sit and contemplate. The garden is colorful and lush. Orchids grow on the trees. The apartment is spacious and well-stocked.

The staff were always polite and willing to help. They went the extra mile. The reception staff were efficient in answering queries and arranging anything requested. The hotel team was like family.
