i found the staff very friendly and ready to assist with any needs. breakfast offerings were some of the best i have experienced across the hotels i stayed in all over thailand. the coffee was notably amazing. the location is quietly tucked away, it is very peaceful.

i noticed some light switches in the room were not labelled, slightly inconvenient.

the shellsea ocean room provided excellent views. the room included dual sinks plus two showers. the adult only pool was a nice touch as a quiet space. breakfast offered delicious food each morning, served close to the reception area.

the shuttle bus times made eating in ao nang not so convenient. i think the intention was to keep guests on site.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a shuttle bus, it ensured easy access to nearby areas. the room was comfortable with a very spacious bed. thai food in the restaurant was AMAZING!!!

i noticed that grab app did not recognize the hotel's location. this made relying on hotel taxis necessary. They charged 500 bat one way to ao nang city center.

The free shuttle to the downtown area made it convenient to explore local restaurants and shops. I found the on-site ATM very helpful, with access to cash without leaving the hotel.
