the staff were helpful, i guess, or at least present.

i expected more from a supposed luxury hotel, especially at the price. my room lacked a proper closet (a real inconvenience). the pool attached to the room was far too cold to actually use (even with the tropical weather).

The room cleaning was done everyday. COMPLIMENTARY sweets were given daily.

I experienced considerable noise. Live shows from the Blue Mountain Market continued late into the night AT high volume. The room windows did little to block the noise. It seemed like only a sheet of paper separated us from the outside.

The design of the room with a private pool impressed me, though I did not have much time to use it. The breakfast offered full varieties from east to west (the selection was amazing). The room was very clean and the staff were friendly.
