seamless check-in delicious dinner friendly staff attentive service
I found the check-in process seamless and efficient. the bathroom in my room featured complimentary shortbread. dinner was delicious. I enjoyed it . breakfast also stood out. The staff were very great.

The room was spacious and very clean. The shower had POWERFUL hot water. Food in the restaurant and drinks from the bar were great. The patio sitting area was GLORIOUS with the good weather.

wonderful stay
friendly staff hot food clean room
i found the staff very attentive. the food tasted amazing and arrived hot. i liked that the rooms were very clean and warm after those long walks.
the room was slightly smaller than expected but it was still manageable.

the hotel provides great access to scenic trails perfect for walking and exploring. malham cove is only about 25 minutes away on foot from the hotel's parking area. several charming yorkshire villages are within a short drive such as grassington a half hour away.

superb selection free car park overpriced meal vague promise
The location was excellent. i loved the spacious room. It was well maintained. the breakfast offered a superb cooked selection. plus, the free car park had plenty of spaces, how cool!
The evening restaurant meal felt overpriced to me. paying extra for chips with a burger was not great. i complained, but i only received a vague promise to tell the chef. no recompense for the questionable food was offered. What a shame.
