inconvenient location laundry bag

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

the location was not very convenient it was hard to get around without relying on the hotel's limited shuttle service taxis often got lost finding the place this made planning dinners out quite difficult and inconvenient also i was surprised to be asked to return the laundry bag at checkout it was embarrassing to unpack my bag in the lobby to return it

rooftop pool panoramic view calm atmosphere inflexible check-in high price billing issue

the hotel included two well kept pools. one pool was on the rooftop with great panoramic views. the atmosphere was calm and elegant, i liked it.

i had issues with early check-in, they were not flexible. they wanted to charge a high price for breakfast because i arrived early. i had to argue with the front staff person to get it removed from my bill.

modern implementation riverside location beautiful setup bad service shuttle issue uncomfortable behavior

I adored the interior design, it felt very special. Every detail seemed modern, even a separate button existed near my room door for a cleaning request. The hotel sat beautifully near the river. I also enjoyed the cruise organized by the hotel.

The experience felt a little off, as if the hotel was not quite ready. Front desk people made me uncomfortable with petty demands about early check-in. The tuk-tuk shuttle service only operates one way, this made it hard to return to the hotel.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues with service

inattentive staff infrequent service

the pool area provided a pleasant space to relax .

My checkout was not smooth. The front desk staff seemed preoccupied and not very attentive to my needs, this made the process longer than it should have been. the tuk-tuk service to the bts station was infrequent, so planning my trips became difficult. it was disappointing because i relied on it for transport and it affected my schedule.

boat rides fruit pastry rooftop restaurant taxi issue laundry bag tuk tuk cutoff

sumedha greeted me and escorted me to my room upon arrival. she also helped me with requests for boat rides. there was pastry and fruit waiting in the room. the rooftop restaurant had a nice view.

the tuk tuk pickup from the bts station stopped running at 8pm. it was difficult to get a taxi due to the hotel's location. i had to return the laundry bag at checkout and that was embarrassing.

boat service sunset views efficient service

i found the complimentary boat service useful for exploring asiatique. the rooftop bar provided amazing sunset views each evening. the receptionist was very informative and kind .

during checkout, i was asked to return the standard laundry bag from the room. i felt uncomfortable needing to empty my luggage in the lobby for it.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

The ground floor pool and rooftop infinity pool were both beautiful. Breakfast included a buffet and an à la carte menu (I enjoyed it every day!). The complimentary tuk-tuk and ferry service to Siam Square was a real bonus. The room had USB-C and UK sockets, useful.

The hotel provides easy access to Icon Siam. It also offers a complimentary boat service to the shopping center. The hotel is down a very narrow alley. free parking is available in an adjacent lot.
