relaxing getaway

the resort offered many options for dining and i enjoyed the variety. the italian restaurant stood out and chef said created nice meals. the bars had a great selection of drinks and kamal provided excellent service with a smile. yasser at reception greeted us warmly.
I noticed some inconsistencies in housekeeping services . Proper vacuuming seemed infrequent and some linens showed wear which was a slight letdown.

the reception staff was always friendly and helpful with quick responses. pool service was attentive with staff regularly checking on guests and fulfilling requests promptly. the dining areas maintained high cleanliness levels i noticed.

a wonderful Hurghada getaway

i found the restaurants offered a great selection each night. the service was excellent. a number of pools meant kids are easily occupied. i enjoyed ability to use neighboring resort and its water park.
the food is bland, repetitive and low quality. breakfast is very limited and mocktail options are few. it was hard to get bottled water or soft drinks at times.

my room includes a comfy king bed. i see also a mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks. the bathroom has a rainfall shower. it all seems so clean, and i feel safe here.

the staff was very helpful and cheerful i got a complementary upgrade to my room it was a nice gesture the food was delicious the place was very clean everyone tried to help me enjoy my stay
the hotel was sometimes noisy because a 3-star hotel was nearby a hedge separated us i also noticed a lot of activity for example mowing
