charmed by resort hospitality
high slides friendly staff kid-friendly slides great food
The water valley aqua park was a true highlight. High slides featured elevators! this made it convenient. and fun for both teenagers and adults. i also appreciated the abundance of kid-friendly slides. This made it great for families with younger children. i found the food to be quite good. the staff throughout the resort were friendly and cute, a plus.
the vr games area was available. but i found it wasn't particularly excellent for a prolonged visit.

the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes from the airport, which i liked. this made arrivals and departures stress-free. this proximity makes it easy to quickly reach the hotel after landing and catch flights without rushing.

I found the staff to be very kind to children. They were always willing to help. there were plenty of staff members and facilities received frequent cleaning. this created a safe and pleasant environment .

tall slides friendly staff
The aqua park featured tall slides with elevators. This made them very accessible. There were also kid-friendly slides. I found the staff very cute.
The resort is large. It was difficult to get around at times.

clean pools polite staff large layout long distances
the pools were very clean. the restaurants had amazing food. there was lots of variety of food to choose from!!! the staff were very polite and helpful.
the resort layout has some issues. it is quite large and the activities, rooms, and restaurants are far apart. if you choose to stay here, be prepared to walk long distances. the resort may not be suitable for seniors or those with limited mobility.
