Excellent Stay and Convenient Ski Access!

The ski valet was convenient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with great amenities. The location was perfect. Everything was easily accessible. The staff were helpful at every turn.

The noisy room ventilation system significantly disturbed sleep.

The location is excellent. It is in the middle and close to everything. I especially appreciated the direct access to the ski area. This hotel also offers short drive, only five minutes, to the Rental and Langlaufen starting point.

The room was clean, cozy and had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the balcony with a seating area. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated.

the reception staff were very cute and friendly. our room was large and beautiful! it was easy to connect to netflix. the food was AMAZING!!! i really enjoyed the whole experience. mantles restaurant is lovely.

the pool closed way too early for my liking.

the location is really great.

The room was not serviced . No one came to make the beds or clean. the carpet seemed dirty and unvacuumed upon arrival, so i was a little disappointed.

a decent experience

convenient location secure bike storage clean room high chemical levels zero support no communication

i found the location quite convenient, close to everything i needed. the bike storage provided felt safe and secure. our room and the hotel generally were clean, a positive aspect i appreciated.

the hot tub's chemical levels were quite high, causing itchiness for my family after use. i noted the hot tubs were shut down the following day, i received no communication from the hotel about this. the front desk offered zero support when i requested an emergency charge for my ev, i found this unhelpful.
