the front desk staff gave warm greetings, i felt very welcome upon arrival. the mountain view from my larger guest room with two queen beds was really something. roassana, the housekeeper, was especially kind with the complimentary water, it was a nice touch.
i noticed the pay parking, not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to have that included. it's a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. i think i paid around 20 cad per night.

the hotel restaurant offered a prime rib night. emese, the server, took time to chat with customers, very personable. the meals were delicious and well-prepared.

the hotel's location is in the city center. this made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. there is also a bar and restaurant in the hotel. i didn't try them, but they looked good.
i stayed here for the fourth time. it seemed like i ended up with the same room as before. the drawer that holds the safe tends to roll open.
