a romantic escape

excellent convenienceindividualized sleepingnoisy restaurants
The ski locker accommodations provided excellent convenience because the valet transported skis directly from the hotel! access to and from the locker was efficient. the upper-level suite had the right amount of common space and individualized sleeping quarters for privacy. I loved that. i wanna give a shout out to the housekeeping staff as they were thorough and very helpful.
Our suite faced adjacent restaurants so if you like to sleep with the windows open, it might be noisy! there are quieter options. I would request one next time. i found the underground parking very expensive though the location was perfect.

The hotel location allowed excellent access to village activity. I found the proximity to food and drink very convenient. access to the village from the hotel offered many choices. it was romantic to explore the village.

The suite was wonderful and very spacious. It had the right amount of common space. the suite included a kitchenette. I found it very useful and practical. the hanging rack worked well for wet clothes. It was very helpful.

The pool was nice and warm. I found the water temperature perfect for a refreshing dip. the spa included a sauna and hot tub. I felt so relaxed afterwards. i enjoyed the guest laundry. It was super and very convenient.

Housekeeping staff were very attentive and thorough with cleaning. the valet service offered convenient transportation of skis directly from the hotel. front desk personnel were very helpful and accommodating. They went the extra mile to meet our needs.

the location was central (close to shops and restaurants).
the room wasn't very clean upon arrival. i found a dirty cloth with a blood stain under the bedsheet. management didn't even apologize for this situation.

i enjoyed the convenient kitchen facilities. the room size suited my needs perfectly! a lovely note and wine from the hotel staff greeted me because it was my birthday, so that really made my day. the bed was comfortable!
the limited options and lower quality of the breakfast were a bit disappointing, that's the only downside i found.

My suite included a balcony accessible from both the bedroom and living room. inside i discovered a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven! the bathroom had a separate shower and deep tub. I found it very large.
