The cooling system was a big issue. i had to switch rooms after the technician confirmed the ac wasn't working right, but the second room wasn't much better. even with the temperature set low, the room stayed too warm and the ac was so loud it made it hard to sleep. Plus, the staff was kind but that didn't solve the problem.

The free shuttle service to the airport was punctual. The room included a coffee machine for a quick morning brew. The bed was comfy and had several soft pillows. I appreciated the up to date bathroom fixtures and design.

The hallway carpeting had tape in some areas. This looked a little worn.

The room included adequate climate control with an adjustable thermostat, the temperature was to my liking. There were blackout curtains that created a dark, conducive sleeping environment, and it provided a restful night.

Breakfast had very helpful staff, and the food tasted good. The service was excellent. I noticed that the restaurant offered a range of options, accommodating different dietary needs, and the dining area was always very clean.

The check in process was fast. The front desk staff was so nice. I appreciated the quick shuttle service. It made getting to my early flight much easier.

The television in my room did not work initially. Maintenance fixed it, but that required a wait. My bed felt too soft. I prefer firmer mattresses for back support.
