some issues detracted from the experience.
uncomfortable bed high price
the bathroom was modern and seemed clean.
The bed felt terribly uncomfortable. I could feel every spring. pillows offered little support. I woke up several times during the night. the price seemed too high given these issues.

plastic hot tub uncomfortable bed
The hot tub area was honestly a letdown. It was like a cheap plastic tub just dumped onto the ground. Some paving around it would have made a big difference! the bed in One-Bedroom Chalet The Ben wasn't very comfortable. I tossed and turned a lot.

amazing stay!
aromatic scent little cakes great ambience
the snug was beautiful and clean. i was immediately greeted with a lovely aromatic scent, soft music, chilled water and milk, and even little cakes! the attention to detail is amazing. the restaurant has great ambience and amazing views from the wall of glass. the staff (especially shona, the floor manager) was professional and cute!
the bed wasn't the most comfortable and the tv needed replacing. there were lines on the screen and the remote did not work well. also, the patio door was hard to open and close.

the hillside setting provides a very private atmosphere. the location allows easy access to many nearby places of interest. i loved that the beautiful, sandy mossyard beach was close by (it is a must-see!).

i used the hot tub and loved the temperature. heated seats are available outside at the gather restaurant. the restaurant even provides complementary binoculars and dog equipment. the site offers fine views and calm outside.

the bedroom had a good king size bed with lots of cushions. i really loved the little touches. a fridge and freezer are there with chilled water. alexa dot adds a modern touch (nice!).

Excellent Chalet Stay
chilled water provided sweet treats dinner transfer private room
The provided sweet treats were a welcome touch, milk and water were chilled, and ice was prepared for our arrival. I got a ride to the Murray Arms for dinner. It was also great. I got dropped off back at my accommodation after. Rooms are spacious and very warm. I found the rooms clean with privacy.
The bed were not too comfortable and I frequently woke up because of discomfort.

The location has many places of interest within easy reach. I recommend visiting the beautiful sandy Mossyard beach nearby. The setting is private and among the hillside.

The restaurant is a short walk from each cabin. Shona, the floor manager, was professional and cute. The staff was super friendly and also helpful here.

Attention to detail was excellent, so I found the room clean. The bedroom area features a good king size bed. The bathroom was equipped well and to a high standard here.

onsite restaurant helpful staff friendly staff uncomfortable bed faulty tv difficult door
the onsite restaurant was great. staff were helpful and friendly. newly born calves were in the adjacent field ..
the bed wasn't comfortable unfortunately. the tv needs replaced, lines were on the screen. the patio door was very hard to open and close.
