The reception staff were helpful and offered suggestions for transportation. They gave us places to visit. I would stay here again. I recommend it to family and friends, the room was lovely, it featured a king size bed.
The hotel is not ready to help with the purchase of visit services. It makes using the hotel computer even with the customer's credit card, difficult.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

no elevator cold room
I was a bit let down. There was no elevator, so hauling luggage to the upper floors was annoying. the heating system used radiators. Staff turned it off, so the room was cold upon my evening arrival. It took a while to warm up before bed. This was disappointing
