fantastic beachfront escape!
welcome drinkcomfortable bedamazing selectioneasy walk
Check-in was so smooth. I got a welcome drink right away! the bed in my grand beautiful poolside room was super comfortable. the breakfast selection was amazing, i really enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries (especially the pancakes!). i loved that i could walk straight to the beach from the pool area. they really helped me plan my trip back!

The hotel is directly on a beautiful beach with soft sand. It is very easy to access the beach bars and restaurants nearby. scooter rentals are available close to the hotel. it is very easy to get around.

there is a large pool with two waterslides, so families will love it. i found plenty of space to relax. the hotel offers free kayak rentals. there is also a cat cafe on site, it is something different.

the pool area was right on the beach , i could see magnificent sunsets from there. the beds were very big , and i found them to be comfortable. the breakfast had a great choice , providing me with everything i needed to start the day right.
the hotel room i was given had no toilet roll , which i thought was odd. i had to ask reception about it and waited 24 hours before it was delivered , after speaking to them three times. the tea and coffee in the room were not replenished for two days , which was inconvenient. the service seemed like it let things down.

The bed was big!!! The a/c worked well and the bathroom felt spacious. There is also a cat cafe on the hotel offering very good ice coffee where guests can pet cats.

The room was super comfortable with great linen. I found the concierge to be very helpful when I booked tours. The location had beach front access (so easy!).
I think the hotel could improve the speed of problem resolution. Any issue seemed slow to be resolved.

The swimming pool has a fun water slide. Kayaks are available for free at the beach. A shuttle service is provided to the pier (call the reception to arrange it!).

The staff seemed unmotivated and communication was difficult because they lacked English proficiency. Even the manager's English was inadequate. This affected the overall service quality.
