the warm swimming pool and the morning steam room added to the overall enjoyment of my time.

the noise from the street could be disturbing at times a better soundproofing would be beneficial i found a small stain on the carpet which was easily addressed but noticeable. hopefully there is a fix soon.

the hotel boasts an excellent location on a quiet street very near to the champs-élysées the proximity to key attractions and metro line 1 was advantageous for my daily excursions i found many restaurants nearby.

i found the staff very friendly. they promptly addressed all requests. the room was clean and well maintained. the location was excellent. it provided easy access to key attractions. the franklin d. roosevelt metro station was conveniently nearby, awesome for quick travel throughout the city, i loved it. the staff gave maps and advice on getting around and apps with tourist information too!

The minibar was small. It did not accommodate all the beverages we had. they immediately provided another one though.

i had such a charmed time with my family! every staff member was friendly. the gentleman giving me extra coffee capsules helped me keep up with the kids. the eiffel tower views from the 8th floor were great, such a bonus!

the hotel lacked dedicated support, so front desk clerks handled maintenance tasks. this could lead to neglect of public bathrooms.

The hotel location was great. I found that it made getting around pretty easy. Breakfast had a chef. He did everything to help with my diet restrictions. The staff were also very kind.

The hotel lacks parking. I had to take it far away for 65 euros. The price for the room seems exaggerated to me. It increased depending on events and had price differences of up to 100€. This feels like a ripoff.
