The room featured a walk-in shower, great! It also had a kettle, a fridge, and a seating area. Breakfast offered a wide selection. I appreciated the many choices available. The location proved very convenient near the port. Disembarking was easy.

Breakfast was varied. There was a tasty spread that included hot and cold items. I also saw that lunch and dinner options are available at the on-site restaurant. The breakfast service had an excellent presentation.

The reception provided useful tips. I was very grateful for their knowledge. I found the staff very cute, they always greeted guests with a smile. Responsiveness to my request for a quiet room was appreciated.

The room i had was noisy. It really lacked soundproofing. the staff's handling of a minor billing issue was frustrating. Despite promises, a refund never arrived and messages went unanswered. i find that unacceptable customer service.
