the room had a spacious balcony with ocean views. the staff provided prompt service when we made requests. They were always ready to assist. i enjoyed the meticulously maintained gardens surrounding the hotel.
Housekeeping missed a day. We had to call for fresh towels.

Breakfast included many options. we used facilities in all the resort hotels. dining options included both casual and formal venues with varied menus. There was something for every taste. the bars offerred handcrafted cocktails with fresh ingredients.

I found the location fine, especially how everything was built around the ocean. the room was fabulous. It was large and comfortable with a great view. products were high end. it was all so well thought out. i was so happy!
i noticed the prices of drinks were very expensive. i wasn't expecting such high costs. this did impact our enjoyment a little.

all the staff were friendly. the housekeepers were very helpful as well as reception and restaurant staff! nothing was too much trouble for them, and i found their service excellent.

the luxury king room with balcony provided a comfortable stay the bathroom had l'occitane toiletries i also appreciated the half board option with the food being of great quality. the sunsets from the restaurant were amazing.

the location was acceptable it had several options for food as it is part of a number of hotels you can try all of them
i booked a luxury king room with a balcony i emailed the hotel to check if the room had a sea view they responded after several reminders they said it wasn't i booked ten nights they couldn't offer us any nights in a sea view room even at extra cost

The hotel location is excellent. The views from the balcony impressed me. The breakfast offered a good selection of items.
