the vibe was AMAZING! from the lobby to the staff, everything was very nice. the hotel is situated within walking distance of the civil rights museum. i would definitely stay here again.
there were no hot drink making facilities in the room. overpriced bar food was quite disappointing. there was also no fridge or microwave.

the location was convenient. the national civil rights museum was just a block away from the premises.
the bar food was overpriced. it was quite disappointing (i expected better). i believe they need to reconsider their pricing strategy.

The room was acceptable.
The shower was awful. The water pressure was practically non-existent, and it fluctuated between scalding hot and ice cold. The air conditioning unit rattled all night. It made sleeping difficult.

the staff were kind. the room was clean, large, and well appointed. the bathroom was very gorgeous. i loved that the hotel had a coffee cafe right in the lobby too.

ceiling holesunlocked doors
the ceiling had holes for the price i paid. there wasn't a staff person at the desk during our early morning checkout. the doors were unlocked , it felt unsafe.
