The location is excellent. I walked to major attractions. The staff was very helpful and kind (especially with directions). The Classic Double Room was spacious and very clean. I found the proximity to the Metro stations very convenient.

I noticed some noise from nearby restaurants late at night. The soundproofing could use some improvement. It impacted my sleep a bit.

I booked a superior double room. the breakfast was good and had many options, including freshly cooked items. i liked the location. It was close to the metro and walking distance to the louvre.

the hotel charged extra for a slightly late checkout. it was an unexpected additional cost. i would have liked clearer communication about this fee beforehand
