Excellent Location and Service

convenient location helpful staff clean room
The location is excellent. I walked to major attractions. The staff was very helpful and kind (especially with directions). The Classic Double Room was spacious and very clean. I found the proximity to the Metro stations very convenient.
I noticed some noise from nearby restaurants late at night. The soundproofing could use some improvement. It impacted my sleep a bit.
Service
10/10
The staff offered excellent assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions. I was impressed by their promptness and helpful attitude. I was very satisfied with the service provided by the staff.
Facilities
9/10
The breakfast buffet featured a good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot items like eggs and pancakes. I appreciated the availability of a bar for a quiet drink in the evening. The elevator made it easy to access upper floors.

Average Stay with Surprising Issues

key card entry unpleasant smell
The location was indeed very walkable.
One morning, someone unlocked my room at 8:30 a.m. USING a key card. It gave me quite a start. The front desk said it WAS a staff member who got the wrong room. The elevator also had a strong, unpleasant smell EVERY time I used it.
