The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to the terminal. I could walk there in about five minutes. The staff were notably friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was good (the coffee was very tasty).

From terminal 1, getting to the hotel required taking the orlyval to terminal 4. We repeated this process on the other side. Dinner was fine. The buffet breakfast had all the things you need to get going.

The room was too warm, even with the AC set to 16 degrees. It only blew warm air around. cheap sponge pillows were not comfortable.

The location was perfect! It is literally a moving walkway to the airport, awesome for an easy walk even with sizable luggage. It took us no more than 10 minutes to reach the airport. The location was ideal!

the dining experience wasn't great. the service felt slow. our drinks order got messed up, they forgot the glasses for the water. then they told us part of our order was out of stock and hadn't even been sent to the kitchen. the food quality wasn't much better either, a shame

it was super close to the airport. the staff was nice to. the room included a comfy bed and new furnitures. so awesome.

the air conditioning wasnt working i think. the room felt so warm and sleep wasnt easy. i should have asked for an iron but they only got communal laundry room and it wasnt great.

Super Convenient and Pet-Friendly!

The walkway connection to terminal 4 made getting to the airport so easy. It took only three minutes! I found the hotel very accommodating to pets, a big plus for me. The whole stay felt simple and stress-free. I loved that! The staff was kind and helpful during check-in.

The sink in the bedroom lacked a plug, possibly wasting water when shaving.
