The front desk staff was amazing and very cute. mr arpit and mr israr helped recover my daughter's phones after we forgot them in an uber. breakfast was wow. It had great ambience and food.

I found the staff cute. Ghishna and Neeraj at the front desk were helpful. Housekeeping staff was attentive. Chef Brijesh prepared good food.

The service at the restaurant seemed a bit slow one morning. Guests had to follow up multiple times for their orders, noticeable.

The hotel has proximity to the international airport T2 terminal, a very convenient feature. I noted a large foyer area. The breakfast offered a vast spread with many dishes. The overall comfort stay was satisfying.

The service staff ensured needs were met promptly. Rick was particularly helpful and accommodating. Mansi provided care of all cleanliness needs. Live pasta counter was available, headed by Chef Shubham.

I found the staff generous and warm, especially sandhya, raj, and thomas. diksha and grishna at the reception desk were helpful. the breakfast buffet was even better. The variety was superb. i particularly appreciated the attentive service.

my flight was delayed, and the hotel did not wait for me. this was inconvenient, as i had to find alternative accommodations quickly.

The aircon had a problem. I reported it in the morning. the bathroom flush got stuck in all three rooms i was moved to, wasting water. They preach about saving water, but this was annoying

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful, especially Diksha, Neeraj, and Sheil. They were courteous. The location proves convenient and the rooms are clean. The service was prompt and the team addressed my requests quickly.

I noticed a VERY SLIGHT issue with the bathroom flush in my room. It occasionally got stuck.
