i found the hotel super clean. i received an upgrade to a suite offering superb views. the lounge access was a true treat. I savored the evening canapés.
i did notice the main restaurant was somewhat expensive, which could be a consideration for future meals.

really good accommodation

i especially appreciated the excellent room service it was prompt. the hotel provided a late checkout at 2 pm i found this beneficial. our family king suite double sofa bed was very spacious the design was well executed.
i encountered difficulty with the air conditioning it did not function effectively. i reported the issue to reception however there was no resolution. the temperature in the room remained uncomfortably warm i found this disruptive.

I was not pleased that the hotel failed to provide lounge access. i booked a room confirmed to include this. the service during breakfast was poor. The waiter forgot my order. it took 20 minutes to remind the staff about this oversight.
