spacious rooms and central location
awesome dinner huge room comfortable armchairs cathedral view
the restaurant provided awesome dinner options. the room was indeed huge, with two couches. i appreciated the presence of two armchairs and a desk chair. the view from the seventh floor showcased the park and alexander nevski cathedral.
i noticed the absence of a ramp at the premises, which posed a slight inconvenience with luggage.

central location helpful staff large room
the location was very central. i could walk to most attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the room was large and comfortable.
the spa could use some improvements it felt a little dated the treatment rooms need better ventilation

weak hairdryer entrance stairs
I found a few things disappointing. The weak hairdryer made drying my hair a chore! it took ages to dry even my short hair. also, there weren't any ramps, so navigating with my suitcase at the entrance was difficult. nobody seemed to offer any help, which i didn't expect.

The room was spacious with lots of storage. i liked the public areas. The artwork in the lobby was nice.
the reception was less than helpful! they said they'd sort it but never did. the function rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor can be occupied until gone 3am.
