The front desk seemed disorganized. I needed a taxi and they never confirmed it, only said 'it should' arrive. this reflected a lack of responsibility! also, i was surprised to learn about a separate parking charge at checkout because it wasn't mentioned earlier. to top it off, the exit barrier didn't open after my ticket was validated. I had to walk back inside to get help, and found several staff members just chatting.

the breakfast was good with lots of choices available.

some staff werent very friendly, especially at the rooftop bar. a waitress told us we couldn't sit at a table because it had a minimum spend of 400 euros. this happened even though the bar was empty at the time.

I found this hotel fresh and well kept. Every detail showed care. It was clean and quiet, even with several events occurring. I particularly appreciated the friendly and respectful staff. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The spa area felt somewhat crowded, with a shortage of available loungers. Some of the pool's features were not functioning, a little disappointing. it didn't quite meet the expectations set by the hotel's high standards.

The room was spacious and included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was wonderful. A welcome food and beverage gift awaited me upon arrival. This was such a lovely touch.

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the Alexander Nevsky Church. It was just around the corner. The location was excellent. I could walk to the main attractions very easily. This saved time and made exploring effortless.

The breakfast choices were excellent. i especially liked the fresh pastries. the spa was very clean and well maintained. it included a sauna and jacuzzi. the underground parking was convenient. It cost 10 eur per day.

the gym equipment for waterfalls in the pool was not fully functional.
