massive roomdelicious restaurantamazing facilities
the room was massive and well kitted out. multiple restaurants were attached to the hotel and two were delicious. we visited the spa and that was wonderful, it had amazing facilities and a beautiful view of the park.
the gym was closed in the morning even though we got confirmation it opens at 06:30. the staff is not informative. the personell are more rude than friendly.

the room was spacious, it gave me plenty of space to move around.
The staff wasn't very friendly, especially in the restaurants. nobody seemed to know the word 'please'. the main reason i booked was to relax in the spa area, but they charged an extra fee to use the sauna. I found it unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The room was super spacious and very clean. I appreciated that the bathroom had both a shower and a tub. The robes were generously sized and comfortable. Also , I appreciated the hotel management arranging a shuttle to the airport when road closures prevented taxi access.
I found that some amenities in the hotel required an extra fee , which was unexpected.

The breakfast included many choices , and I found the buffet to be very rich. Several restaurants are available , and I enjoyed fine dining in three of them. Food and Beverage service in the Vienna cafe was a very nice experience , and the food quality was great.

The room was very big and clean. I had a great view from the 27th floor. The hotel offers several dining options. I found the location close enough to the center for easy access.
The pool access cost extra! This was an unexpected additional charge. I think it should be included in the room rate.
