The staff at reception were QUICK and efficient. i liked the secure parking provided. It gave me peace of mind. The outdoor seating was nice FOR relaxing after a long day. i felt SAFE and comfortable .
my room was unfortunately positioned near the motorway and i experienced some noise, especially during peak hours, a bit disruptive. better noise insulation would REALLY make a difference.

the restaurant provided good food options at reasonable prices. i found the restaurant staff very attentive, always ready to assist with any request. the dining area offered a relaxed setting with comfortable seating.

My room included blackout curtains. These helped me sleep soundly. the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the good quality linens. the ensuite bathroom was clean, spacious, and well maintained.

The location was convenient for accessing the ferry terminal. I found it easy to reach the shopping centers nearby. My room was quiet, and I could rest well without disturbances. The receptionist provided helpful directions and recommendations for exploring the surrounding area.
The air conditioning seemed to have limited functionality, and I wasn't able to adjust the temperature to my preference.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel has a modern feel. It's very clean. the proximity to the port was very useful for me.
the air conditioning didn't work as well as i expected, causing the room to be a bit too warm for sleeping comfortably, it was a very slight inconvenience.

The hotel is close to the ferry terminal. it is a bit away from bilbao proper. I had to use taxis for transportation. the taxis to the centre cost about €20.

solid hotel near the convention center
easy accessexcellent food
i found the location advantageous. it was a short walk to the metro station giving easy access to the city center. the breakfast had excellent food (especially the evening meals).
