Really good Stay

helpful staff easy communication variety of options hot options

The staff was helpful and friendly during the visit. Communication for room service was easy through WhatsApp (I used it for ordering drinks). The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. The team made hot options to order, at no extra charge.

The bar area lacked a certain appeal. It seemed sterile compared to the restaurant.

The hotel is very near to town, it makes it easy to visit. It has sufficient distance to create a quiet setting. Off-street car parking was available .

stylish stay near the town

great variety secure parking helpful staff

the breakfast buffet has a great variety. i found the covered parking very secure and convenient. the staff were always ready to help, i ask them many questions. the hotel makes an easy walk to the main attractions of town, so i didn't need a car for that.

the water in the shower never gets really hot, i found it just lightly warm. i think it needs to get checked.

my room had a beautiful view and decoration. the room had a balcony, i sit there every night. the modern en-suite felt very spacious and luxurious, i think.

the hotel stands just outside the historical city center. this location made visiting the altamira cave museum very easy, i walked there. i found it very convenient for exploring the medieval city.

attentive staff quality items off-street parking warm water weird smelling sterile bar

i found the staff very attentive. they brought drinks to the room quickly. the breakfast buffet had many options and high-quality items. there was off-street parking available at a reasonable price.

The shower water was NOT hot enough. it was just lightly warm. I expected better. the room smelled A bit weird. the bar felt sterile, and no one stayed there for long.

The breakfast had a good selection. I appreciated the fresh fruit.

The room was quite small. It felt cramped with the jacuzzi. the bathroom felt even smaller, and the shower pressure was really weak. the price did not match the size of the room or the quality of the shower. I expected more for what i paid expensive, small room.
