I found easy parking. The room was comfortable. The location is beautiful. I noticed the hotel is well-organized.
I observed hairs of previous guests in the bathroom. I saw greasy marks on the ceiling. The door of the room was damaged and hard to open.

broken equipment rude staff
I wasn't thrilled with some aspects, i must say. the gym was a joke. I've seen better equipment in my grandma's garage. several machines were out of order, and the place felt more like a sauna than a fitness center due to its proximity to the spa. also, wanting a coffee before 8am apparently requires an act of congress. it was just not possible. The staff seemed personally offended by the request. talk about rude!

the breakfast had much variety i could also request something hot the room was spacious with good natural light the spa had a large pool and an outdoor jacuzzi
i noticed some slight wear on the furniture in the room
The breakfast offered endless choices. It was amazing!!! the room was spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the secure location provided for storing my bicycle.
I found the gym equipment a bit ancient. Some cardio equipment did not work at all.

late gym opening non-functional equipment
the gym's opening time was too late at 9 am. some cardio equipment was not functional. i asked for a coffee before the breakfast service began but the staff refused even though the machines were on.. this happened despite the high nightly rate and the lack of in-room coffee.

i found the room spacious with great equipment included. the lounge area provided a relaxing space. the outdoor pool offered a refreshing experience . it all contributed to a charming visit.
The elevator service was slow. Using the stairs was often faster but not an option with mobility issues.
