the location was acceptable, with relatively easy access to nearby attractions.

The service was a problem. during breakfast, i waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple coffee order. then, the room lacked basic amenities. There was no bathrobe (i really wanted one) and the minibar was empty. it did not align with expectations set by similar establishments (especially considering the price).

the reception staff was really good. beautiful grounds were well-kept. i was grateful for the staff members at the front desk, they were very helpful.
