the location was quite convenient, close to many shops and restaurants.
The room decor felt quite dated. The bathroom included an old "hilo musical" system i never used and the absence of a smart tv was a real letdown.

The staff extended a friendly welcome upon my arrival. I found my room provided plenty of space. It was helpful that the hotel allowed dogs. There was a comfy dog bed and treats in the room. I found the location excellent for sightseeing. The town was easy to reach.
I experienced noise from other rooms. The walls were very thin. I could hear neighbors talking on both sides and above.

the hotel is centrally located, close to cafes and shops. the staff were very attentive to all my needs. underground car parking was secure and accessible. i also enjoyed the bar with meal service.
The hotel rooms were quite warm. Adjusting the temperature was not possible.

The breakfast had good food and parking was onsite. The hotel sits across from a beautiful park and is close to the city center.
The room decor looked very old and the bar area lacks ambience.
