impressed by service
clean room breakfast food helpful staff
the room was very clean. breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon. staff assisted with taxis. the lady at reception helped with shuttle buses. she also assisted with reading food menus. it was great i experienced such personal service.
i think the rooms are somewhat old.

The room had a large balcony it was nice. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, and frankfurter sausages. I wish there were tomato or brown sauce. They went out of their way to assist us. A lady at reception helped us with taxis, shuttle buses, and even deciphering food menus.
The pool requires swimming caps. I thought it was a little inconvenient.

The room was large with air conditioning, offering ample space. The bathroom fixtures looked modern. A big mirror was in the room I really liked it. The beds provided adequate support.

Staff members were responsive and helpful . The reception provided prompt assistance with inquiries, but one time the staff were busy. They assisted in arranging transportation and offered local information. The cleaning staff maintained high standards of cleanliness.

The hotel provided secure parking. It allowed convenient access to nearby beaches. There were restaurants located close to the hotel, for example one at 10 min walk. I think the location was practical for exploring the area.

Breakfast was a continental-style buffet. Scrambled eggs and sausages were available. The coffee was very good. I drank two cups every morning. The staff were quick to replenish items that ran out.
