Lovely Mountain Views and Really good Service!

friendly personality efficient check-in attentive service fine view

Ms. Tina assisted with check-in. Her friendly personality made a great first impression! The process was fast and efficient. Mr Anh always greeted us with a warm smile at breakfast. He was so attentive. The hotel upgraded my room and the view with the funicular was fine. It was an amazing surprise!

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Views!

personal touch thoughtful gesture

The staff was genuinely friendly. They accommodated our early check-in after a long bus ride. The restaurant prepared snacks for our long journey to Ninh Binh, which I found very thoughtful (it.). We received little key chains. It was a personal touch I appreciated.

The rooftop pool size was a bit small, considering the number of guests. I think more space would enhance the experience.

The hotel is centrally located near the heart of town. It is a short walk to Sun Plaza Station and close to restaurants. Moana is also a short ride away.

AMAZING STAY, will VISIT AGAIN!

spacious suite fine view lovely pool

staff upgraded my room. it was a spacious presidential suite. the room offered a fine view of the valley and Fansipan train. the swimming pool on the 12th floor overlooking the valley was lovely.

the transfer from the airport to the hotel was horrible. the driver was not at the airport upon arrival. he made unnecessary stops and drove dangerously.
