the receptionists were helpful. they arranged our tour and transport. jenny planned everything well. we visited top tourist spots thanks to her. breakfast was delicious, cooked to order too. the staff was lovely and answered every question.

the room telephone did not work to call reception. i was too tired to go downstairs. the hotel did not give me a kind response. it seemed like they didn't really care.

The staff assisted with attraction tickets and a trekking guide, all very helpful. The location is uphill, away from main streets, which ensured peaceful nights. I found everything i needed . Breakfast offered tasty options each morning.

The facilities looked older than the pictures. also, they entered my room. !! they packed my belongings when i was delayed returning. They put everything in the lobby, it was upsetting. i felt i couldn't check if i had left something behind.

The shower in the bathroom caused a flood. staff addressed it quickly, a lingering smell remained. the air conditioning blew hot air. This made the room uncomfortable. opening the window introduced a different unpleasant smell. also, the room telephone was not working. i was too tired to go downstairs for assistance. i barely slept and i told the staff about my bad sleep. I did not feel they cared much. i received some fruit for purchase because i missed lunch, and i was not expecting to pay for that.
