underwhelming stay. problems with service.

unpleasant odor unreliable wi-fi

The room cleaning was not thorough, and there was a lingering unpleasant odor in the premier queen room balcony mountain view. the air conditioning system struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. A request to fix ac went unanswered and the wi-fi signal was unreliable.
