loud air conditioning unhelpful staff

the room i got wasn't great. the air conditioning was really loud and it made it hard to sleep. also, the staff was not very helpful when i asked for a different room. they said nothing else was available, but i doubt that was true.

The resort's location is near the sandy beach. The restaurant food was delicious. The pool was clean (it also had shade).

The staff was not always polite during breakfast. They could have added more variety to the breakfast options. The gym was very small.
