helpful staff good value daily changing breakfast old furniture strong spray walkie talkie

i found the staff super friendly and helpful on arrival it made things so easy the hotel location was great not near the busy hub it was perfect i enjoyed the quieter resort i thought it was excellent value for money. i really liked the luxury with comfortable and quaint decor i loved the breakfast it changed daily and i thought it was fabulous. i found the staff amazing and an absolute credit to this hotel i found nothing was too much trouble for them

i did find the houses were not like the pictures all the wooden furniture looked pretty old but i found they sprayed very strong insect spray before our checkin it was quite irritating. i coughed all night i found it was too strong i was told it was natural essential oil combined with old wooden furniture it was quite intense.

i found the breakfast fantastic it was all fresh and clean. housekeeping cleaned my room every day and provided free coffee and tea. fresh towels for the beach were always available. i also liked that the beach was very clean.

the air conditioning in my room was very noisy. i also noticed that the infrastructures seemed outdated.

loud air conditioning unhelpful staff

the room i got wasn't great. the air conditioning was really loud and it made it hard to sleep. also, the staff was not very helpful when i asked for a different room. they said nothing else was available, but i doubt that was true.
