illogical reason confused receptionist

The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of items.

I found the room smaller than expected , particularly compared to what the photos suggested. The male receptionist seemed confused during checkout, arguing about a previously agreed-upon price for a private car. The price suddenly increased, and there was no logical explanation.

welcome drink friendly staff clean beach prompt response

i enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival. the staff escorted me to my room and explained the amenities. i found fresh towels daily and prompt responses to my inquiries. the beach was clean and inviting, even with occasional waves.

The bathroom had a slight musty smell. it was not overwhelming.

breakfast was right next to the beach. the location was close to a street with bars and massage places.

the food was not great and expensive. the flavors were weak and the prices were double what we paid at other resorts. pad thai malador uses green papaya julienned instead of noodles.

efficient transfer cute ambassador helpful service small room confused receptionist unclear explanation

The speedboat transfer to the hotel was efficient. I was greeted at the airport and taken directly to the beach in front of the hotel. Mild was a very cute ambassador, giving a tour of the well-kept hotel. The staff, particularly Mild and Dear, provided warm and helpful service.

My room was smaller than the pictures indicated. The male receptionist seemed confused during checkout.

close beach bottled water efficient housekeeping

The beach is right there, so close to the rooms. i really liked that bottled water was always available. It was very handy. the housekeeping was very efficient, always keeping things tidy!

the gym felt a bit small. but i still managed to get a good workout in.
