Is it feasible to take a ferry after arriving at 15:30 in Koh Samui with customs clearance?

For a 15:30 arrival time, the shared speedboat service at 17:00 is recommended. This service includes a land transfer from Samui airport to the pier and a direct 40-minute crossing to the resort.
