The resort boasts amazing views from both restaurants because it is built into the side of a hill. The rooms are a great size. Cute tuk tuks transport you within the resort because the terrain is steep.

The beach IS small and steep.

fair prices wonderful villa incompetent checkout back injury

The hotel restaurants offered fair prices and REALLY good food. Our villa was wonderful and I enjoyed it VERY much.

I requested to be picked up for our room, but I had to call many times. My partner screwed his back up carrying the baggage himself down the flights of stairs, IT'S TERRIBLE.

The resort offers a shuttle service. I found it convenient for getting around the large hotel. The breakfast had many choices (especially the fresh fruit!). My room was spacious and clean.

adequate stay, some issues present

crashing app small room

the architecture was amazing. every visible piece of wood displayed beautiful carvings.

The check-in app constantly crashed. It took 45 minutes. the room was half the size advertised and could not fit an extra bed. the manager blamed agoda and the marketing team for these issues. the whole experience was frustrating.

Really good Villa Stay

jungle ambiance family privacy open-air showers

I stayed in a well kept villa designed with great attention to detail. The villa had a studio downstairs plus two bathrooms upstairs. This provided privacy for my family. The partially open bathrooms gave a jungle ambiance. Showers under the open sky were fantastic!

The path to the nearby beach has some rocks and requires careful navigation.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. I recommend the Japanese restaurant. The food was pleasant. Several good restaurants exist near the hotel. The little Mexican place is excellent and requires a beach walk

poor english dirty whirlpool

the room service and housekeeping staff were friendly! but the reception staff had poor english skills. it was hard to get clear answers. we booked a room with a sea view! but they gave us a forest view first. this. the whirlpool was also dirty, with leaves falling in. it was not very relaxing
