I appreciated the immaculate and spacious rooms. The pool area was also great. The staff was very nice. I particularly thank Minn, Ivann, Harry, As, Mimosa, Belynda and Andy.

The minibar fridge made a lot of noise. I had to turn it off at the wall while I slept.

Breakfast had fresh coconuts. Continuous coffee service was available. The hotel offers a beef salad that is quite good. There is no need to eat off site. I found all the food amazing.

The staff were always attentive and quick to help. Breakfast included many options, from fresh pastries to Asian dishes. The pool had floating beanbags and a swim-up bar. Accessing the beach was easy. I enjoyed the classes available, such as yoga, and found the hotel accommodated any requests that I had.

Evening meals had limited options, and the restaurant closed relatively early.

My room was modern and very clean with a super comfortable bed. Housekeeping maintained everything immaculately. I appreciated the simplicity and functionality of the room design.

the staff was very friendly. breakfast offered many choices. it was convenient to have scooter rentals available at the hotel. the fitness center was open 24/7.

the evening meals were limited and ended early at 9:30 pm. there were not many places to sit on the beach, mostly just bean bags. the pool area got crowded.

I really enjoyed the professional and friendly service , the staff are really great. my room, i got beautiful double or twin room balcony, had amazing space and layout. i also arranged day trips. Hotel pick-ups happened without a hitch it was amazing, i appreciated that!

The rooms are well-equipped and maintained with nightly turndown service, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. bathrooms may be smaller than expected. the rooms are super clean and the ground is beautifully maintained, which i found exciting.
