I had a room. it included a balcony and a beautiful mountain view. the room was clean and spacious. the location is excellent. It is within walking distance to the city center.

The outdoor pool is bitterly cold. the indoor pool is similarly unheated, and there is no option for a hot tub. the balcony could have benefitted from outdoor furniture. I brought the indoor furniture outside instead.

The breakfast had MANY choices and everything was fresh (i LOVED the fruit selection!). I enjoyed the spa services. The massage therapists were skilled. My room type was GREAT. It featured ample space and a very comfortable bed.

The hallway carpets looked a bit worn in places.
