constant drilling unserviced machines
Honestly, the noise was a HUGE issue. Drilling started early each morning. It continued late into the night! The gym equipment needs serious maintenance. Some machines were out of service. it was hard to relax with the constant disruptions.

The location is unbeatable, it stands so near the palace! the rooftop bar gave such a marvelous view of the palace. the staff at the restaurant were very attentive. Rithy chey, the restaurant supervisor, made extra effort to accommodate our requests. the rooms are spacious, a large bathroom and a bedroom with a lounge area.

The restaurant veranda provides a lovely spot for meals! the menu has a varied selection that pleased my palate. It was a true culinary journey. the colonial bar offers a great ambiance for drinks.

The hotel is near riverside and royal palace, giving easy access to key attractions! street 240, with its nice shops and bars, is close by. wat botum is also nearby for good strolls. It makes the experience complete.

dated decor room condition
the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
i found the room to be quite dated. the decor felt old and not particularly inviting. it could use some updating to match the rest of the hotel's ambiance.

Really good Stay Near Royal Palace
attentive staff comfortable bed spacious room beautiful spa
I appreciated the great staff throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room provided plenty of space. I enjoyed the beautiful spa.
I experienced inconsistent service levels during peak hours, which led to delays. This issue affected the overall experience slightly.
