the staff showed such kindness and always acted helpful. i found the breakfast to have a great quality. the room was spacious and clean, it had everything i needed.

the hotel happens quite far from the main tourist spots, requiring taxi rides.

The staff provided assistance before arrival, answering questions promptly. I found an iron machine already in the room upon check-in.. a great convenience. My beautiful double room was spacious with comfortable pillows.

I found that the gym equipment needed some maintenance, with a few machines out of order .

the checkout time was confirmed for 3 pm when i tried to re-enter the room after 12 pm my key card didn't work i had to return to the front desk to activate the key card the activation should have been proactive

I really enjoyed the clean room and the excellent breakfast choices? the beef pho every morning was a highlight! i walked to a local market from the hotel. i discovered many local restaurants and cafes along the way. I recommend this.

the bathroom bins could use an upgrade to a step-pedestal type. the flip lid style felt a bit annoying!
