huge breakfast friendly staff relaxation time food quality provided buffet international variety

The breakfast selection was HUGE, I mean it. All the staff were very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my relaxation time around areas of Vietnam at the end of my visit. The hotel itself was AMAZING, it was just beautiful and with lots of facilities offered.

The lunch was not a provided buffet. I called the call center. I asked at reception. I was surprised when I entered the restaurant. It was an a la carte. The food taste at the restaurant ISN'T good.

game room water park large bed service charge busy buggy

the resort is huge and beautifully designed, offering plenty of fun activities like a game room and a water park for kids. there's a long swimming pool right in front of the room and a large comfortable bed was amazing, so it was very easy to enjoy romantic evening walks.

For everything you have to pay a service charge. It seemed a bit much! buggy service also did not work best as it was too busy. There were often long waits, and it became frustrating.
