the staff was very helpful, always ready to assist. the rooftop pool was clean and beautiful. the location offers convenient access to tourist sites, restaurants, and shops.

I enjoyed my visit. the signature room had both an indoor and outdoor shower which was nice. i quickly understood the air conditioning controls. I just needed to press the on button. the breakfast buffet featured many selections perhaps one of the best i have had. staff members anh, nhi, and hung offered excellent service and were very helpful with luggage.

the welcome sign displayed another guest's name suggesting attention to detail was sometimes lacking. this was minor and did not affect my overall experience.

central location good restaurants tourist attractions daily breakfast

i appreciated the central location in district 1. it was close to many restaurants. tourist attractions were accessible via a short walk. the staff were also available to assist with questions or requests. the breakfast included good choices and slight variations daily.

the wifi coverage throughout the hotel wasn't great! this made it difficult to order taxis.

the breakfast buffet presented a good selection, including both asian and western choices. i noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes such as eggs and bacon. the coffee machine was available for self-service cappuccino.

the location was Central, i will give it that.

The location was convenient to many sites.

The room was disappointingly small, not what i expected. There was hardly any space to move around with luggage, and it felt cramped. The photos online seemed misleading, and i felt the room size was misrepresented.
